Why Should I Hire a Realtor To buy or sell my next home?
Can you sell your own home? Of course you could. So the next question is, how many homes have YOU sold in the last five years? I guarantee whatever number is, I have you beat. Buying and Selling homes in the Phoenix Area is not only my full-time career, it’s my passion. With more than 15 years of real estate, marketing and advertising experience I can provide a wealth of experience and knowledge you just can’t get from one or two sales.
What’s more valuable than learning contract law, the local housing market, placing accurate valuations on homes, marketing and advertising to buyers and negotiating deals with thousands of dollars on the line? Your family. Your friends. Your personal free time walking the dog or BBQ’s and ball games. Here are some other reasons:
PRODUCE REAL BUYERS
Agents produce real buyers. We filter all those crazy phone calls that lead to nowhere from the “lookie-loos”. We only have time for serious buyers who are WILLING AND ABLE to write and offer on your home immediately.
Pricing homes is truly an art. Prices are determined by what a seller is willing to sell a home for and what a buyer is willing to pay for it. Agents help guide clients to make correct price choices and to weigh all the data supplied to them. My vested interest is in seeing you get the best deal possible.
Without an agent you would be flying blind. Never mind the evening news or local newspaper, if you need data such as the average per square foot cost of similar homes, median and average sales prices, average days on the market and other criteria, an agent will be invaluable.
Realtors know people. We have working connections with other professionals, many of whom provide services you will need to buy and sell a home. In addition to the number of homes I’ve helped others buy and sell, I’ve personally went through the process many times where I needed to hire a contractor, an attorney, a painter or banker to fix up my investment or personal properties.
Selling or Buying a home is an emotional event for many. I’ve learned to remove myself from the emotional aspects of the transaction because of experience and skill. I’m not simply a messenger who just delivers offers back and forth from buyer to seller. I’m a professional that’s trained to represent my client in the best light possible and always keep their information confidential.
Real Estate is a people business. Not only do I provide the best services possible to my clients, I treat them with respect and dignity. I return calls and help anyway I can. Sometimes you’ll find me at your BBQ’s or meet up with me for lunch. Or maybe a special gift reaches you in the mail. Whatever way I do it, I want you to know that you have a new friend that has enjoyed working with you during your home selling or buying journey.
What Makes Me
The Right REALTOR for you?
STACKS OF PAPERWORK
Today’s home purchase agreements are over 10 pages in Arizona. Then there’s the federal and state mandated disclosures and non-disclosures. Agents are trained and retrained every two years how to interpret and complete these forms with a high level of competency. One small mistake or omission could land you in court or cost you thousands.
I have intimate knowledge of your neighborhood and can identify comparable sales easily and provide these facts directly to you. If you’re a home buyer, you’re in luck. I can provide buyers with data on great schools, crime and details about neighborhoods you’d love to live in.
After the deal is over I just don’t magically disappear never to be heard from again. If there’s any confusion or questions about the transaction I’m here standing by and ready to assist. I never let my clients fend for themselves.
