My husband and I had a great experience working with Troy! First off, we started the process over a year ago and we determined we weren’t actually ready at the time. Troy was super understanding and offered to just send us listing to my e-mail, which he did for about 8 months without ever pushing us before we were ready. When we did decide we were ready, Troy jumped right on it. He showed us a few different homes, did some research on the various areas and provided helpful information along the way. After feeling discouraged with homes moving so quickly and offers being rejected, my husband and I decided to try again another time. That night, Troy sent me a listing to a house that had just cane back on the market! This was it! From this point on, things moved pretty quickly. We made an offer, it was accepted. Troy referred an EXCELLENT home inspector, who was very thorough. Troy negotiated some repairs and everything worked out in our favor! We are VERY HAPPY with the experience we had and I would recommend working with Troy.
